Returns & Refunds

 
At Home Centre Direct, we want you to enjoy the products you buy from us, and feel confident about ordering it, too. If you need to change your order – or cancel it – please follow the guidelines below.
  • If you need to cancel your order before delivery for any reason, please let us know at least 3 working days before your delivery date.

  • Once delivered, all online orders placed online have a 14 day money back guarantee excluding mattresses, bespoke or special orders and made to order sofas and armchairs.

  • Cancellations - If you are returning goods to us, we will always provide a full refund whenever the goods arrive back to us once we have checked the goods are in a re-sellable condition. Order cancellations must always be made in writing, stating your order reference number, within 14 days of delivery of your full order. All items being returned to us are subject to a returns fee that varies depending on the size of the item being collected. They’re listed below.

Once we’ve arranged a delivery date and time, if no-one is at home to let us deliver the furniture, we have to charge a re-delivery fee.

Your Refund
All refunds will be processed within 3 -5 working days. While we aim to process all refunds within 3-5 days, please allow up to a further 10 working days for funds to appear in the original payment account.
Damages 
Where goods are faulty or damaged, we will take full responsibility for a return to us. We do ask that all problems are reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, to ensure that we can replace/refund. We ask that you forward on images of any damages or faults via email, with your order reference number as this allows us to resolves any issue quickly.
Please note, when damages occur we will first offer a full replacement - refunds can only be given when no replacement can be supplied. Damage due to misuse, alteration to the product or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refunds can not be given if these terms are breached.
